Spartan Safety Ltd first commenced trading in 1994 the product range then being specifically safety footwear.
In line with the company’s business plan, this short term strategy was implemented, and Spartan successfully provided safety footwear to both commerce and local government.
The long term strategy however, was to develop Spartan into a full PPE solution provider.
From its humble beginnings, Spartan has grown and is now an established provider of Head-to-Toe PPE, and in 2009, Spartan celebrates its 15th anniversary of providing PPE Solutions to a variety of businesses, ranging from our small independent clients, to our larger blue chip clients, from industry to local government.
As well as our products, our services have also expanded further as Spartan also provides detailed analysis of PPE solutions, the implementation of client specific tailored PPE solutions a well as product rationalisation and risk assessments.
As Spartan has developed over the last fifteen years one element of the business has remained unchanged, and that is the firm belief in providing and maintaining the same high standards of service, to each and every one of our clients, as we have done so from the earliest stages of our business.
Spartan’s senior management team, have over 70 years of combined experience within their respective fields. Through the use of this knowledge, the maintaining of ISO 9000 comparable Quality Management Systems and the intrinsic use of commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPI’S), Spartan has developed an ongoing commercial expansion strategy, which it has successfully implemented in stages.
The KPI driven business development strategy, has led to other areas of commerce being introduced, and over the next 12 months, Spartan will be adding to the existing areas of the business, through the introduction of new and exciting products and divisions.
